•All Sales are final. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are handled by case and is at our discretion.
• No mice will leave our possession until they are paid in full.
• We require a 50% deposit to hold a mouse. The remaining balance is due 7 days before transport or at pickup. Mice will be held for a maximum of one month once paid for.
• Deposits are non-refundable. If we cancel a sale without explanation, your deposit will be returned.
• Mice are sold at a first come first serve basis. We will not hold a mouse without a deposit.
• If your mouse is not picked up within 24-hours of our arranged pickup time and date your deposit/ payments will be forfeited.
• If you chose to forfeit the sale for any reason your deposit/payments will be forfeited.
• I currently accept Facebook Pay, PayPal, or Cash (at pickup).
•We are not responsible for any transport costs. Transport is 100% buyers responsibility
• If going through transport your payment must be due in full after confirmation of transport
•Pups are not separated from their mothers for sale purposes until a minimum of 6 weeks .
•Health checks are done constantly. Temperament testing is done at 4-6 weeks of age.
•Mice may be pulled from a sale at any time if health and/or temperament checks are failed.
• If you come into a position where you can no longer take care of your mouse, they are welcome back. Any mice from our mousery are not to be sold, traded, rehomed or otherwise have ownership transferred and are to be returned to us if their owners can no longer keep them. You are free to contact us anytime and ask us if we have available space or the soonest we will have space avaliable for your mouse/mice.
• You are responsible to look over the mouse/mice you are interested in. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what you are looking for, and to confirm it is free from disqualifications and is the quality you expect. I will provide you with as much information as needed though.
• We do not knowingly sell any sick animals, and all mice are sold healthy to the best of our knowledge. We will not be responsible for any vet bills incurred by mice that have been sold.
• If you currently own mice, you MUST quarantine your new mice for at least 2 weeks to ensure the health of both your current and new mice.
• We make every effort to correctly identify the sex of all mice being sold. If for any reason we make a mistake, we will replace said mouse with a mouse of the correct sex. No refunds will be given.
• We handle our mice on a regular basis. We will not sell any mice that show aggression.ve room to take your mouse/mice back, it is up to you to rehome your mouse/mice but we will help in any way that we can.
• We reserve the right to cancel a sale in person or via the internet with no explanation.
• I can not guarantee a mouse’s show or breeding results.
• I can not guarantee that mice will colonize with other mice.
• We may request mice back if our contract is broken. If obtained through transport it will also be on the owner to return the mice via transport.
• We do test our mice but we are not responsible of any zoonomic diseases they may carry especially if you are using a transport service where they may come in contact with other rodents. We do out best to ensure the health of our animals but once they are out of our care we can only garentee against genitic issues such as tumors or heart failure for up to 6 months.
• Mice are not a present and we will not condone them to be given as a gift without knowledge to the intended owner. If you wish to purchase mice for someone else then said party must be the one to fill out our application and contact us personally. You may still pay for the mice yourself but we must have full knowledge and contact from the intended owner.
• During the holiday season all applications submitted after the third Thursday of November will be subject to a grace period before picking up mice. If you submit an application before the Thanksgiving holiday you may pick up your mice in December if applicable. If you submit an application after the Thanksgiving holiday your pickup date will not be until after January 1st. No additional fees for holding will apply during this grace period, this is simply to prevent mice being sold as Christmas presents.
• We reserve the right to pull sale if we suspect mice are being sold in a wrongful situation.
• We will not allow pickup on the date of any specific holiday EX: Valentines day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, ETC... this rule may be waved if a transport service is being used and this is the only day they are available to meet with us.
• Our mousery is closed to the public. I do not have set hours that we are available. If you would like to inspect and/or interact with a mouse you are interested in, we can arrange a time and place for you to meet our mice.
•When picking up mice, please come prepared with a secure carrier for your mouse/mice. You may also purchase one from us if you do not have one.
• If you show up without a carrier and still wish to receive your mice you must purchase the one that they are already in or sale will be forfeited.
• We do not ship mice through the mail, but we are willing to work with transporters. Once mice are accepted by the transport service we are no longer responsible for said mice.
• Falsifying information on your application will result in immediate termination of services with us.
• If you inquire for a mouse or mice and do not respond to us within 3 days after we contact you or "go ghost" you will automatically filed as a Do Not Sell. This means you will not be able to apply again in the future.
If you do however change your mind or have a change or situation just a simple "I no longer wish to adopt" or " I have changed my mind" message will be very appreciated and respected. By informing us that helps us plan out the adoptions for our babies alot easier and you will be allowed to re-apply in the future.
• Our mice are first come first serve when it comes to availability. if you are on a waitlist the first to respond will have first pick of available babies. we cannot hold mice without a depot nor can we grantee a specific mouse will still be there when you get back to us. This is not to be mean. We sometimes experience a very high volume demand and this is what saves us the most time personally.
• We are a small scale hobbyist. We do not make a profit off of these animals but we do try our best to home any mice that do not fit in our program within our free time. Response times may be slow but please be patient with us. We do appreciate your support any proceeds that go into adopting mice gets put directly back into the mousery so we can continue to do what we do!
